Lust is known as "The Other Theris" because of Lady Theris Dei, aka Sailor Wrath.

Technically Xuria could have taken the throne instead of Alia Dei after Gloria's ascension; at the time Xuria was Major-General and Alia only a Brigadier-General, but Xu had no desire to rule-- just for men. Like Queen Gloria, Xu had the unrealized potential to be a Sailor Soldier... and like her Queen, her life's experiences corrupted her Sailor Crystal.

When she was killed by one of her lovers, she could have passed on contentedly. There was just one itty bitty problem with that: Greed refused to let her go. And given Xuria's "life experiences" tended to involve getting naked and having fun, Sailor Lust was born.

As a side note: While the other Sins wear their ranks on their uniforms, Lust does not. If she is ever actually seen wearing them, it's a warning to get the hell out of dodge. She's a Major-General for a reason after all.
