30 Seconds Earlier...

Larxene had come to him again. Today she wanted to share her latest 'masterpiece', her latest-greatest experiment. He really did have to get her away from Vexen some time soon.

She was grinning at him, letting the lightning dance across her gloved hands, "Well?"

He couldn't see it. He was trying, but there was n-- wait. In the blink of an eye a swirling twisting ball of electricity had spread it's wings and coiled it's tail around it's mistress' wrist. He leaned back with a grin, "A thunder bird?"

She shrugged, eyes glinting dangerously, "Something wrong with that?"

"Nah, not at all." He reached out, hand hovering over the head of the little critter briefly, "Just didn't figure you for something like this."

She raised a questioning eyebrow, which was quickly followed by a startled little shriek as his hand went from hovering over the bird to wrapping around her wrist and yanking her down on top of him. She tried to twist away, but only managed to land rather uncomfortably on one side on top of him with her back against his chest, "Axel...!"

He grinned unrepentantly, though she couldn't see it, "Yes?"

"What. The. Hell. Are. You. Doing?"

"I wanted a closer look," he shifted his legs and she was suddenly laying between them, "It's such a cute little thing."

His legs had not been the only thing to shift.

"If you don't get your hand off my breast now, you'll find out exactly how cute it is!"

I seem to be drawing a lot of 8/12 stuff lately. I have sheets of the stuff in my book bag; all of which come from this epicly long fic in my head-- hence why you get drabbles with my 8/12 stuff. The story in my head is the progression from when Larxene arrives at the Organization (and is partnered with Vexen while she 'gets to know' the way of things) through her relationship with Axel, Axel's friendship and partnership with Roxas, her death, and the aftermath for Axel. Maybe I'll post it when I'm done.

Or maybe I'll just keep writing drabbles to go with my images.

This one takes place right at the beginning of Larxene's tenure as the Savage Nymph.
